The development of new roofing materials and technologies is ongoing. To keep roofers up-to-date about the changes and improvements in their industry, roofing associations provide additional training to certified roofers.
The Alberta Roofing Contractors Association has developed training courses for roofers who don’t want to fall behind and are looking to improve their career path.
The courses are part of an expanded education program, offered to ARCA’s contractor members and their employees.
The goal is to instill pride in workers about their job, their skills and their knowledge and to assist employers in developing the next generation of leaders in the industry.
